As a seasoned, progressive Learning Experience Designer (LXD) and eLearning Developer, my work centers on designing and developing learning experiences that are learner-focused while emphasizing the need to meet business goals.
I began my career in Learning and Development, first in the financial services industry and later making my way into the business travel sector.
When tasked with the challenge to develop an entire course curriculum or redesign an existing course, I immediately go into analysis mode. This is the thing that gets my wheels spinning. You see, by nature I am analytical. A life-long learner who is constantly on the prowl to learn something new and different. Learning is my catalyst to designing well-thought out learner experiences.
