For this project, I was tasked with designing and developing several courses based on the problem solving competency for the front line staff of a travel management company. The client wanted a different course focused on each level of the competency (in total there were three levels). For the second level of the competency, a course was developed for various kinds of problem solving techniques (e.g. 8D Problem Solving Process, Plan-Do-Check-Act, Appreciative Inquiry, etc).
Role: Instructional Designer, eLearning Developer, Graphic Designer
Target Audience: Front-line staff
Client: Private Travel Management company
Tools Used:  Photoshop, Illustrator, Powtoon, Audacity
This Powtoon video animation was used as the introduction to one of the courses to gain the learner's attention and get them curious about the content. I created all the graphics and provided the voice-over for the video.

The client did not have a budget that included hiring a graphic designer, so in order to make the video look unique and not use one of the vendor's (Powtoon) predefined template, I set out to design and create a scene for the video using Adobe Illustrator.
Along with the scene for the video, I wrote the script for the voice-over recording.
Using Audacity (an open source audio software platform), I recorded the script for the video.
Once the audio was recorded, I synced it with the video animations in Powtoon to create the final project.
